A home in the Summit Park neighborhood of Park City, Utah required the bottom floor to be reimagined as a fully functioning studio guest suite for visitors.

Riley completely restructured the layout and created a home that receives rave reviews for its newly added views, privacy and textural details. Beams from a newly demolished 200 year old barn in the Kamas Valley create structure, texture and soul for this light filled studio.
